Introducing Raqeem.
Some years ago, circumstances beyond our control cut short the first attempt to build an SDG platform for the Kingdom. The idea, however, never stopped maturing, and the goal itself lost none of its importance.
So today it is my pleasure to present Raqeem, a platform that collects and processes SDG indicator data in a way that is controlled and secure, yet above all convenient for the people who work with it. And because we could build on everything we had learned, Raqeem goes far beyond the previous version.
It would be a privilege to support the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in its pursuit of sustainable development, so that the Vision becomes reality.

Every indicator collected in the shape it actually has.
Each indicator keeps its own table: the disaggregations, the rows, the columns, the units, reproduced exactly as your statisticians already know them from Excel. However deep the breakdown goes, the table is configured, never coded.
Approve the whole request, or question a single number.
Reviewers can comment, accept or reject at exactly the level they need: one value inside an indicator's data table, or the entire data request at once. Every decision and every comment stays on the record.
The flow is modelled, not programmed.
Every indicator carries its own approval chain, assembled step by step in the platform: who enters the data, who approves it, who is only notified, when it is published. No code, no vendor round-trips.

Raqeem writes to Microsoft Teams whenever something is waiting for a person. Here it is Abeer, an approver at GASTAT: she is told what needs her decision, by when, and the link takes her straight to that data request.

Approved data goes out in whatever form your audience needs. The official SDG report is generated directly from the platform as a Word document, following the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's report template. No retyping, no reformatting.
One click produces the result report exactly as the Kingdom's template prescribes: cover, contents, the narrative chapters, and a goal-by-goal chapter carrying every indicator's table and card.
Tables are rebuilt from the values themselves, with a column for each published year, and formulas arrive as real Word equations rather than pictures of them. A figure can only reach the page through a published data request, so the document is a record of what has already been approved, never a draft to be checked again.
